Refund Policy

The following is the policy of XWIDE, LLC. (“XWIDE,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) regarding products for which XWIDE will (or will not) provide fulfillment services (“Product Policy“). We reserve the right to change the Refund Policy at any time. The current version of this Refund Policy will be on our website here, and any revised Refund Policy will be effective as of the date posted. By continuing to use the Services after a revised version of the Refund Policy has been posted, you agree to comply with the latest version of the Refund Policy. This Refund Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms“).

You agree to use our services (“Services“) according to this Refund Policy and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible after the service agreement, which lasts for 1 year, has ended. Refunds are applicable solely in the following cases:

  • Failure to Generate Sales on Amazon: If our services cannot generate sales that meet or exceed the initial service fee amount paid by the customer. The failure to meet this target must be verified and confirmed by our technical team. Only the initial service fee is eligible for a refund; the fulfillment fee and any other fees incurred during the execution of services are not eligible for a refund.

Option 1: Private Label Service with Customer Owned Brand

  • Refunds for the initial service fee are available for services that have not yet been initiated or delivered, subject to the completion of the 1-year service agreement. Since this option involves registration and creative services that are tailored specifically to your brand, once these services are initiated, they become non-refundable due to their customized nature.

Option 2: Private Label with XWIDE Brand

  • Similar to Option 1, refunds of the initial service fee can be issued for any portion of the service not yet executed, pending the completion of the 1-year service agreement. Given that the product development under the XWIDE brand involves significant preparatory work and resource allocation, services that have commenced are not eligible for refunds.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Option 1: Private Label Service with Customer Owned Brand

  • The following services are non-refundable once initiated due to their bespoke and registration-specific characteristics:
    • Brand Registry to USPTO
    • Amazon Brand Registry
    • Brand Identity Creation
    • Amazon Storefront Creation
    • Listing Creation
    • A+ Content Creation

Option 2: Private Label with XWIDE Brand

  • For this option, due to the involvement of tailored product development and brand-specific content, the following services are non-refundable once initiated:
    • Listing Creation
    • A+ Content Creation

3. Refund Request Procedure

  • Request Submission: To initiate a refund request, customers must contact SellWIDE via our designated support email or through our customer service hotline, detailed on our contact page. The request must include the customer’s name, service details, and a clear reason for the refund claim.
  • Review Process: Upon receiving the refund request, SellWIDE will review the services provided against the services claimed to be refundable. This process typically takes 7-10 business days.
  • Outcome Notification: Customers will be notified via email regarding the outcome of their refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain number of days, as specified in the service agreement.

4. Modifications to the Refund Policy

  • SellWIDE reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
